Applies to: Gud4Soul Entertainment — DJ & live sound hire
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
Gud4Soul Entertainment provides DJ sets, live sound hire, MC services, and event entertainment under the WESANA GROUP (Pty) Ltd umbrella. All services are subject to availability and the scope confirmed in the booking agreement.
All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Final pricing is confirmed on the issued invoice and may vary from initial estimates if the event scope changes.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. We accept EFT and card payments via PayFast. Late payments may attract a 5% monthly interest charge. Your date is not held until the deposit is received and confirmed.
Gud4Soul Entertainment will provide all standard DJ and sound equipment unless otherwise agreed. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate power supply, space, and access at the venue. Any damage to our equipment caused by third parties at the event will be billed to the client.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and media — is the property of WESANA GROUP and protected under South African copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
WESANA GROUP shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (load-shedding, venue closures, extreme weather, etc.).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Gauteng courts.

Deposits paid to secure a booking date are non-refundable once the date has been held, as it prevents us from accepting other bookings. If Gud4Soul Entertainment is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 7 business days.

Why? When you hold a date, we turn down other events. Cancellation fees compensate for lost bookings and last-minute costs already incurred (travel prep, equipment allocation, etc.).
Log in to your account and cancel via the My Bookings page, or contact us at [email protected]. Cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by WESANA GROUP.
