Who we are

WESANA GROUP is owned and operated by Prince Rampete, based in Daveyton, Gauteng. WESANA GROUP is the parent group behind Gud4Soul Entertainment (DJ and sound hire), QuantumFix (IT support and repairs), and Harvest Technologies (software and digital platforms).

What information we collect

When you create an account or use our services, we collect:

• Your full name and email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Booking and service request details
• Payment records (invoice amounts and status — not card details)
• If you log in with Google, your name and email from your Google account

Why we collect it

We only collect information we need to provide our services — to process your bookings, send you confirmations, communicate about your IT support requests, and issue invoices. We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not use it for advertising.

How we protect your data

Your password is stored using strong one-way encryption (BCrypt). All traffic between you and this site is encrypted using HTTPS via Cloudflare. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised staff only.

Your rights under POPIA

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013, gives you the following rights:

• Access — you can ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Correction — you can ask us to fix incorrect information
• Deletion — you can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Financial records are retained as required by law.
• Objection — you can object to how we process your information
• Complaint — you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal details are anonymised immediately. Invoice and payment records are retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.
